山东省胶州市低档场所女性性工作者入行意愿与从业原因关联性分析

摘　　要：目的分析低档场所女性性工作者入行意愿与从业目的之间的关联性,为今后开展健康教育和行为倡导提供参考。方法自行设计问卷,采取方便样本的方法,对山东省胶州市低档场所女性性工作者进行一对一调查,内容包括人口学特征、入行意愿、最初从业原因、继续从业原因等。用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果共调查351人,平均入行年龄（25.39±9.33）岁,初中文化程度214人（60.97%）,主动入行者218人（62.11%）,被动入行者133人（37.89%）。50.16%最初从业第一原因是满足基本生活需求,64.96%继续从业第一原因是获取更多的钱。入行意愿与最初从业原因之间存在关联性（χ^2=11.202,P=0.008）,但关联性较弱（r=0.183）。入行意愿与继续从业原因之间无关联性（χ^2=3.381,P=0.330）。结论低档场所女性性工作者入行意愿中主动者占多数,文化程度较低,入行意愿与最初从业原因之间关联性较弱,与继续从业原因之间没有相关性。Objective To analyze the correlation between low-paid female sex workers＇ intention to sell sex and the causes of being female sex worker（FSW）in Jiaozhou city,Shandong province and to provide a reference for health education and behavior intervention.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to collect information on FSWs＇ demographic characteristics,their intention of being FSWs,and their initial and continuous causes of being FSW.SPSS17.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results There were 351 FSWs surveyed,and their average age becoming FSW was 25.39±9.33 years.214 women finished middle school education;218 women became FSW on their own initiative and 133 women were forced to be.Their primary cause of originally being FSW was to meet basic living needs,which accounted for 50.16%,and 64.96% kept on sex sell because they wanted to get more money.There was correlation between their intention and the causes of being FSWs（χ^2=11.202,P=0.008）,but it was weaker（r=0.183）.There was no correlation between the intention of being FSWs and the causes for continuously being FSWs（χ^2=3.381,P=0.330）.Conclusion The low-paid FSWs are mostly voluntary to sell sex and their education level is low.There is a weak correlation between the intention to be FSWs and the original causes of being FSWs.There is no correlation between the intention and causes of continuously being FSWs.
