摘 要:目的了解遵义市2016年蝇类种群密度及家蝇抗药性现状,为蝇类防治提供科学依据。方法采用笼诱法,以红糖食醋液作诱饵,5—10月调查蝇类种群密度;采用点滴法调查家蝇的抗药性情况。结果所捕蝇类中家蝇密度最高,为0. 83只/笼,市蝇次之; 9月遵义市蝇密度为1. 15只/笼,是全年最高峰;不同生境中以农贸市场蝇密度最高,为1. 0只/笼;调查点家蝇对氯菊酯、敌敌畏、溴氯菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯的抗性倍数分别为99. 83、20. 21、12. 39和8. 4倍,对氯菊酯抗性最高,对高效氯氰菊酯的抗性最低。结论 9月为遵义市蝇密度最高峰,家蝇、市蝇为优势蝇种;农贸市场蝇种最多,蝇密度最高,是重要的蝇类孳生地;家蝇现场种群对氯菊酯抗性较高,在今后的防治工作中应提倡轮换或混合用药,控制抗性的发展。Objective To investigate the fly density and insecticide resistance of Musca domestica in Zunyi City,and provide scientific reference for fly control. Methods The fly population and density were investigated with cage trap method,brown sugar and vinegar as baits from June to October. Topical application method was employed to investigate the insecticide resistance of Musca domestica. Results Musca domestica held the highest density,reached0. 83 insects per cage,followed by Musca sorbens. The density peak of flies appeared in September. The environment with the highest density was farmers market which was 1. 0 insect per cage. Houseflies developed 99. 83,20. 21,12. 39 and 8. 4 folds resistance to permethrin,dichlorvos,deltamethrin and beta-cypermethrin respectively. Conclusion Fly density reached the peak in September. Musca domestica and Musca sorbens were the dominant species. The highest density of fly was in the farmer markets,which were important flies breeding sites. Houseflies were highly resistant to permethrin. Insecticides should be mixed and used in turns to prevent the increasing of resistance in the future fly control.
