摘 要:为掌握微细钢纤维增强高性能混凝土(SFRHPC)对既有混凝土修复加固的效果及性能变化规律,设计制备了2组基准试件和4组不同微细钢纤维增强高性能混凝土与既有基底混凝土叠合试件,分析比较SFRHPC强度等级、钢纤维掺量以及基底混凝土强度等因素对叠合试件的破坏模式、变形协同性、承载力等的影响及其机理。结果表明:相比于基准试件,叠合试件的延性得到大幅度改善,承载力明显提高;同时,叠合试件中SFRHPC与基底混凝土变形协同,加载过程中界面黏结良好。叠合试件的极限弯曲强度与SFRHPC的强度等级及钢纤维掺量密切相关,随着微细钢纤维高性能混凝土强度等级和钢纤维掺量的增加,叠合试件的极限弯曲强度随之提高。In order to study the reinforcement effect and mechanical properties change laws of steel fiber reinforced high/performance concrete (SFRHPC) on the existing concrete components,two sets of comparative specimens and four sets of composite specimens were manufactured. The effects of the SFRHPC strength grade,steel fiber content and the basement concrete strength on the failure mode,deformation synergism and bearing capacity of the composite specimens were analyzed. The test results showed that the ductility and the bearing capacity of the composite specimens were greatly improved. Moreover,the deformation of SFRHPC was in accordance with that of the existing concrete,and the interface was well bonded during the loading process. The ultimate bending strength of the composite specimens was closely related to the SFRHPC strength grade and the steel fiber content,with the increase of the SFRHPC strength grade and the steel fiber volume,the ultimate bending strength increased.
