摘 要:对天然气管道首站单台压缩机故障停机时上游集输管网系统压力与流量的波动情况进行研究,有利于保障集输管网的安全运行。基于川气东送管网系统上下游集输管网概况,采用SPS软件模拟了首站单台压缩机故障停机对上游系统产生的影响。根据模拟结果,当首站一台在用压缩机紧急故障停机时,将影响净化厂及集输管网的压力和流量,并引起另一台压缩机流量增大、压力降低,从而影响整个川气东送管网的正常运行;同时,可能引起净化厂的净化装置系统压力波动,造成整个气田关断停车。据此,提出在首站增加放空设施,通过安全联锁泄放的方法保证管网压力平衡,降低对另一台压缩机的影响,从而保障整个川气东送上下游管网安全运行。When one compressor suffers failure shutdown after the commissioning of the initial station the stugy on the fluctuation of pressure and flow rate of upstream gaterhing and transportation pipeline network system is beneficial to guarantee the safe operation of the gathering pipeline network. Firstly, the upstream and downstream gathering pipeline networks of Sichuan to East Gas Pipeline system were analyzed. And then, the effect of failure shutdown of one compressor in the initial station on the upstream system was simulated by the software SPS. It is indicated that when one compressor in the intial station suffers urgent failure shutdown, the pressure and flow rate of purification plant and gathering pipeline network will be impacted and the flow rate(pressure) of another compressor will be increased(decreased). And consequelty, the normal operation of the whole Sichuan to East Gas Pipeline network will be impacted. In the meantime, the pressure of purification system in the purifrication plant may fluctuate, leading to the shutdown of the whole gas field. To solve this problem, it is proposed to add vent devices in the initial station. By virtue of safety interlock release, the pressure of the pipeline network is kept balanced and the effect on another compressor is reduced, so that the normal operation of both upstream and downstream pipeline networks of Sichuan to East Gas Pipeline is guaranteed.
