电子商务产品质量执法的实践与探讨

摘　　要：我国电子商务产业发展迅速,如何高效开展电商领域产品质量监管执法是质量监督部门面临的新课题。本文结合电商领域产品质量执法试点工作实践,分析了当前质量监督部门开展电商领域产品质量执法的现实困境,总结了基层质量监督部门开展电商执法的主要经验和做法,并就如何更加高效地开展电商执法提出了对策和建议。Along with the rapid development of China＇s e-commerce industry, it becomes a new topic for the Quality Supervision Department about how to carry out product quality supervision and law enforcement in the e-commerce sector efficiently. Incorporating the practice of pilot work on law enforcement of product quality in the e-commerce sector, the paper analyzes the current practical dilemma on law enforcement of product quality in the e-commerce sector by the Quality Supervision Department, and summarizes the crucial experiences and practices of the grass-roots Quality Supervision Department on law enforcement in e-commerce sector. The paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to carry out the law enforcement of e-commerce.
