摘  要:长链非编码核糖核酸(lncRNA)作为一个独特的生物标记及新靶点,为多种疾病致病机制的研究提供了更好的理解途径。来源于艾滋病病毒(HIV)以及宿主的lncRNA,在病毒的复制、发病机理和疾病进展过程中发挥重要作用。目前尚无有效治愈艾滋病的疗法或疫苗,这里将探讨lncRNA在HIV感染中作用的研究,以期为有效治疗艾滋病提供一些思路。The discovery of long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)and the elucidation of the mechanisms affecting different disease states provide researchers with a better understanding of a wide array of disease pathways.Moreover,lncRNAs present themselves as both unique diagnostic biomarkers and novel targets to develop new therapeutics.Here we explore the intricate network of non-coding RNAs associated with infection by the human immunodeficiency virus(HIV).Non-coding RNAs derived from both the human host and those from HIV itself are emerging as important regulatory elements.We discuss here the various mechanisms through which both small and long non-coding RNAs impact viral replication,pathogenesis and disease progression.Given the lack of an effective vaccine or cure for HIV and the scale of the current pandemic,a deeper understanding of the complex interplay between noncoding RNAs and HIV will support the development of innovative strategies for treatment of HIV/acquired immunodeficiency disease(AIDS).
