摘　　要：高校电子校务在我国近20年的发展中,经历了起步摸索期、快速扩张期和多头并进期,高校在开发使用过程中对电子校务出现的问题正反两方面都有非常深刻的经验教训。文章分析了高校电子校务在开发过程中出现的重大问题并提出了解决问题的具体路径。The past two decades of development of e-administration in institutes of higher education in China has witnessed the emergence,rapid expansion and blooming of e-administration. During developing and implementing e-administration,universities have learned lessons and gained experience,being aware of both the virtues and deficiency of e-administration. This paper analyses the major problems in the development of e-administration in universities and proposed specific solutions.
