摘 要:嘉兴某拉链生产企业在除油、清洗、固色等工序中产生含磷及铜、锌、铬等重金属的废水。采用还原反应+中和沉淀法预处理含铬废水,采用两级混凝沉淀工艺处理含磷、铜及锌重金属的综合废水,处理出水水质稳定达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的三级标准以及《工业企业废水氮、磷污染物间接排放限值》(DB 33/887—2013)要求。介绍了主要构筑物及设备的设计参数,可为同类工程提供借鉴。A treatment system was built in a zipper manufactory in Jiaxing for the wastewater con- taining high concentrations of phosphorus and heavy metals such as copper, zinc and chromium, pro- duced from oil-removing, cleaning and color fixing processes. Phosphorus, copper and zinc were removed by two-stage coagulation-precipitation treatment process, and chromium was removed through reduction reaction and neutralizing precipitation process. The effluent quality of the wastewater treatment system could reach the requirements of level Ⅲ in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 -1996) as well as Indirect Discharge for Emission Limitation of Nitrogen and Phosphorus for Industrial Wastewater (DB 33/887- 2013). Designing parameters of main structures and equipment were introduced, which could be used as reference for similar projects.
