基于现代文献对穴位敷贴治疗类风湿性关节炎选穴及用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位敷贴治疗类风湿性关节炎选穴及所用中药的性、味、归经等规律特点,为类风湿性关节炎穴位敷贴治疗标准化提供参考和借鉴,为腧穴配伍及穴位敷贴用药处方提供理论依据。方法通过计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(WF)和维普数据库等自建刊以来国内众多学者的研究成果中穴位敷贴治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床文献,采用数据挖掘中的频次分析方法,分析穴位敷贴治疗类风湿性关节炎的选穴及用药规律。最终纳入文献54篇,包括62个穴位、86味药物。结果与结论通过统计分析发现,在所属经脉穴位选择上,以大椎穴为主穴,以腰背部的膀胱经穴为主,穴位类型以五输穴为主;用药上,以白芥子、细辛、川乌、红花、没药、乳香为多,以活血化瘀药为主,多归于肝经,药性多温,药味以辛味为主。Objective To explore the characteristics of the selection of points and the regularity of the traditional Chinese medicine used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Through computer retrieval China journal full-text database（CNKI）, Wanfang data and VIP database self-built since the publication of many domestic scholars research results of acupoint sticking therapy of rheumatoid arthritis in clinical literature, using frequency analysis method in data mining, analysis of acupoint sticking therapy of rheumatoid arthritis choose acupuncture point and the regularity of medication. Finally, 54 references were included, including 62 acupuncture points and 86 drugs. Results and Conclusion Through statistical analysis, it was found that in the selection of the meridians of the meridians, the acupoints of the large vertebrae were the main points, with the main points of the bladder meridian in the lower back, and the acupoint type was dominated by the five points. On the medicine, with white mustard seed, thin sheen, chuan wu, safflower, myrrh, frankincense, mainly to the blood circulation of blood and blood circulation, mostly to the liver, the drug is more warm, the medicine flavor is mainly the flavor.
