摘 要:目的探讨清热益气中药对2型糖尿病小鼠胰岛细胞凋亡及炎症因子表达的影响。方法随机分为对照组、模型组、格列美脲组、清热益气低剂量组、清热益气高剂量组,每组10只。对照组给予等剂量生理盐水灌胃;模型组于造模后给予等剂量生理盐水灌胃;格列美脲组于造模后给予格列美脲4 g/(kg·d)灌胃,1次/d;清热益气低剂量组于造模后按生药4 g/(kg·d)灌胃,1次/d;清热益气高剂量组于造模后按生药12 g/(kg·d)灌胃,1次/d,每组灌胃4周,每次灌胃量均为5 mL。结果与模型组比较,格列美脲组、清热益气低剂量组、清热益气高剂量组空腹血糖降低(P <0.05);清热益气高剂量组空腹血糖低于格列美脲组、清热益气低剂量组(P <0.05)。与模型组比较,格列美脲组、清热益气低剂量组、清热益气高剂量组INS降低而ISI升高(P <0.05);清热益气高剂量组INS低于格列美脲组、清热益气低剂量组,而ISI高于格列美脲组、清热益气低剂量组(P <0.05)。与模型组比较,格列美脲组、清热益气低剂量组、清热益气高剂量组CRP、TNF-α和IL-6含量降低(P <0.05);清热益气高剂量组CRP、TNF-α和IL-6含量低于格列美脲组、清热益气低剂量组(P <0.05)。结论清热益气中药可降低2型糖尿病小鼠空腹血糖、胰岛素,增加胰岛素敏感指数,降低炎症因子CRP、TNF-α和IL-6表达,具有重要研究意义。Objective To investigate the Effect of Qingre Yiqi Chinese medicine on islet cell apoptosis and expression of inflammatory factors in type 2 diabetic mice. Methods Randomly divided into control group, model group, glimepiride group, Qingre Yiqi low dose group, Qingre Yiqi high dose group, 10 rats in each group. The control group was given saline gavage; model group in modeling was given the same dose of normal saline; glimepiride group after modeling for 4 g/(kg.d), orally, 1 times a day; Qingre Yiqi low dose group after modeling by drug 4 g/(kg.d), orally, 1 times a day; Qingre Yiqi high dose group after modeling by drug 12 g/(kg.d), orally, 1 times a day. Each group by gavage for 4 weeks, each time the amount of gastric lavage was 5 mL. Results Compared with the model group, glimepiride group, Qingre Yiqi low dose group and Qingre Yiqi high dose group lower fasting blood glucose(P〈0.05); Qingre Yiqi high dose group lower than glimepiride group, fasting blood glucose of Qingre Yiqi low dose group(P〈0.05). Compared with the model group, glimepiride group, Qingre Yiqi low dose group, QingReYiQi high dose group INS decreased and ISI increased(P〈0.05); Qingre Yiqi high dose group INS was lower than that of glimepiride group, Qingre Yiqi low dose group, while ISI was higher than that of glimepiride group, Qingre Yiqi low dose group(P〈0.05). Compared with the model group, glimepiride group, Qingre Yiqi decreased in low dose group and high dose group of Qingre Yiqi CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 content(P〈0.05); Qingre Yiqi high dose group CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 was lower than that of glimepiride group, Qingre Yiqi low dose group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Qingre Yiqi Chinese medicine can reduce the fasting blood glucose, insulin, increase insulin sensitivity index, and reduce the expression of inflammatory factors CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 in type 2 diabetic mice, which has important research significance.
