摘　　要：目的阐述针刺对多囊卵巢综合征患者内分泌及代谢异常、排卵功能障碍等治疗干预作用的机制。方法选取近年来国内外相关的医学期刊和杂志中的文献研究,从中归纳出相关的研究结果和最新的学术进展。结果国内外在该方面的研究主要围绕在针刺调节下丘脑—垂体—性腺(HPG)轴、改善胰岛素抵抗和内分泌代谢以及对卵巢、子宫的局部影响上。结论针刺治疗干预多囊卵巢综合征患者疗效确切,操作方便,副作用小。Objective To elaborate the mechanism of acupuncture treatment and intervention for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）, in terms of endocrine and metabolic abnormalities, ovulation disorders and so forth, and provide more theoretical basis and research ideas for the acupuncture treatment of PCOS. Methods Select the relevant literature research in medical journals at home and abroad in recent years, and summarize the relevant research results and the latest academic progress. Results The research mainly surround acupuncture effects on regulating hypothalamus-pituitary-gonad（HPG） axis, improving insulin resistance, endocrine metabolism and state of the ovary and uterus. Conclusion Acupuncture can treat and intervene PCOS with advantages of definite efficacy, convenient operation and small side effects.
