肢伤洗方辅助骨科连续被动活动机在四肢创伤患者康复早期功能锻炼中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨肢伤洗方辅助骨科连续被动活动(CPM)机在四肢创伤患者康复早期辅助功能锻炼中的临床疗效。方法 1 242例住院患者随机分为2组各621例,对照组采用35℃温水温敷,观察组采用肢伤洗方,2组均进行上下肢CPM下早期功能锻炼。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0. 01)。观察组中,手术患者疼痛持续时间、骨愈合时间及住院时间显著短于保守治疗者(P <0. 05)。结论在四肢创伤康复早期辅助功能锻炼中,肢伤洗方辅助骨科CPM机具有消除肿胀,减少粘连,预防肌肉萎缩,恢复关节功能的疗效。Objective To explore efficiency of limb-injury washing prescription combined with orthopedic continuous passive movement （CPM） machine in early rehabilitation and functional exercise of patients with trauma of extremities. Methods Totally 1 242 hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups, 621 cases in each group. Control group was treated with 35 ℃ warm water for washing, while the observation group was treated with limb-injury washing prescription. Both groups were treated with CPM exercise rehabilitation. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈0.01）. In the observation group, the duration of pain, bone healing time and hospital stay of patients with operation were significantly shorter than those of patients with conservative treatment （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion In the early functional exercise and rehabilitation of limb trauma, limb-injury washing prescription combined with orthopedic CPM machine has the effects of eliminating swelling, reducing adhesion, preventing muscle atrophy, and improving recovery of joint function.
