摘 要:目的探讨脾氨肽联合伊可新对反复呼吸道感染患儿免疫功能的影响。方法选取反复呼吸道感染患儿124例,随机分为观察组和对照组各62例。在常规抗感染、抗病毒等对症治疗基础上,对照组给予伊可新口服治疗,观察组给予脾氨肽联合伊可新治疗。治疗3个月后,比较2组维生素A水平、T淋巴细胞水平、临床疗效等指标。结果观察组总有效率88. 71%,显著高于对照组74. 19%(P <0. 05)。观察组维生素A含量显著高于对照组(P <0. 05),CD3+、CD4+、CD4/CD8水平显著高于对照组,CD8+显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论脾氨肽联合伊可新有助于提高反复呼吸道感染患儿临床疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of spleen aminopeptide combined with Yikexin on immune function of children with recurrent respiratory infection. Methods A total of 124 children with recurrent respiratory infection were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 62 cases in each group. On the basis of symptomatic treatment such as anti-infection and anti-virus therapies, the control group was given Yikexin, while the observation group was given spleen aminopeptide and Yikexin. After 3 months of treatment, levels of vitamin A, T lymphocyte and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.71%, which was significantly higher than 74.19% of the control group ( P 〈 0.05). The level of vitamin A in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P 〈0.05). The levels of CD3 +, CD4 + and CD4/CD8 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the level of CD8 + was significantly lower than the control group ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion Spleen aminopeptide combined with Yikexin may help improve the clinical efficiency of children with recurrent respiratory infections.
