摘　　要：目的探讨压疮护理小组对提高手术室护理人员压疮风险评估能力的效果。方法随机抽取2016年1—12月老年手术患者2 568例作为对照组,采用常规压疮风险评估,随机抽取2017年1—12月老年手术患者2 862例作为观察组,建立压疮护理小组,采用分级管理模式下压疮风险评估,比较2组手术室护理人员压疮风险认知情况及压疮评估结果。结果观察组护理人员的压疮基础知识、压疮危险因素、正确使用压疮风险评量表、压疮分级诊断、术中压疮防范等认知维度评分及总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组压疮发生率、阳性评估率、假阳性率、假阴性率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论压疮护理小组可有效提高手术室护理人员压疮认知水平及压疮风险评估能力,降低压疮风险误判率及漏判率,并降低临床压疮发生率,护理效果明显。Objective To explore the effect of pressure ulcer care team in improving the risk assessment ability of pressure ulcer in nursing staff in operation room.Methods A total of 2 568 old operation patients in January to December 2016 were selected as control group.Using the risk assessment of conventional pressure sores,2 862 old operation patients in total from January to December 2017 were selected as observation group,and the pressure sore nursing group was set up,and the risk assessment of pressure sores was carried out under the hierarchical management model.Risk perception of pressure ulcer and nursing pressure sores in two groups were compared between the two groups.Results The cognitive dimension scores such as basic knowledge of pressure sore,risk factors of pressure ulcer,correct use of pressure ulcer risk assessment scale,classification diagnosis of pressure ulcer,intraoperative pressure ulcer prevention and total scores were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of pressure sore,its positive rate,false positive and false negative rates in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Pressure ulcer nursing team can effectively improve the cognitive level of pressure sore and risk assessment of pressure sore in operation room,reduce the rate of misjudgement and miss rate of pressure sore,and reduce the incidence of clinical pressure sore,so the nursing effect is obvious.
