摘　　要：目的探究颈椎手术患者围术期应用预见性护理的护理效果。方法选择接受颈椎手术治疗的患者40例为预见护理组,均接受预见性护理干预,选择同期在本院接受颈椎手术治疗的患者27例为常规护理组,均接受常规护理干预。结果预见护理组术后出现并发症患者6例(15.00%),常规护理组术后出现并发症患者12例(44.44%),预见护理组低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。预见护理组护理满意度为97.50%高于常规护理组的77.78%(P<0.05)。结论对接受颈椎手术患者围术期应用预见性护理可降低术后并发症发生率并提升患者护理满意度。Objective To explore nursing effect of predictive nursing during perioperative period of cervical surgery.Methods A total of 40 patients undergoing cervical spine surgery in our hospital were selected as predictive nursing group,given predictive nursing intervention,while 27 cases underwent cervical spine surgery in our hospital were selected as routine nursing group,receiving routine nursing intervention.Results There were 6 cases（15.00%） with postoperative complications in predictive nursing group,and 12 cases（44.44%） in routine nursing group,the incidence of postoperative complications in the predictive nursing group was higher than the routine nursing group（P〈0.05）.The predictive nursing group had higher nursing satisfaction than routine nursing group97.50% vs 77.78%,（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Predictive nursing for patients undergoing cervical surgery can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the patient＇s nursing satisfaction.
