小儿扁桃体炎的围术期优质护理

摘　　要：目的研究围术期优质护理用于小儿扁桃体炎的临床效果。方法选取本院进行治疗的扁桃体炎患儿90例,按照电脑随机分组法分为2组,各45例。对照组实施围术期常规护理干预,观察组实施围术期优质护理。将2组扁桃体炎患儿的情绪评分、并发症发生情况和患儿家属满意度进行对比。结果观察组扁桃体炎患儿护理后焦虑评分、抑郁评分以及并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),患儿家属满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围术期优质护理能够促使扁桃体炎患儿的不良情绪得到显著改善,降低并发症发生率。Objective To study the clinical effect of perioperative quality nursing for pediatric tonsillitis.Methods A total of 90 children were divided into two groups according to randomized method,with 45 cases per group.The control group performed routine perioperative care intervention,and observation group was given perioperative quality care.Emotional scores,occurrence of complications,and family satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The anxiety score,depression score and incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The family satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Perioperative high quality care can significantly improve bad emotions and reduce the incidence of complications.
