团体工作在大龄孤残儿童社会适应发展中的应用探析——以GC儿童福利院为例

摘　　要：社会适应性源于达尔文(Charles Robert Darwin)进化理论学说(Theory of Evolution)"适者生存"一词,它包括人与人之间的沟通,人与环境之间的适应等。以福利院儿童为研究对象,运用需求和再社会化理论,选取5名大龄孤残儿童开展8节次团体活动,通过前测与后测数据分析,探讨团体工作对孤残儿童社会适应性发展的作用与成效。结果显示,团体工作对孤残儿童提升自我、增强社交与生活能力、发掘自身优势、加深社会环境认识、自我保护等方面有着积极作用。The social adaptability originated from ＂survival of the fittest＂ of Charles Robert Darwin＇s Theory ofEvolution, which includes the communication between people and the adaptation between people and theenvironment. Taking the children of the children＇s welfare institute as the object, this study selected 5 eldersfrom orphans and disabled children to carry out 8 sub-groups activities using the demand and re-socializationtheory. Through the pre-test and post-test data analysis, this study explored the role and effectiveness of thegroup work on the social adaptation of the disabled children. The results show that the group work has a positiveeffect on the social adaptability of orphans and disabled children to enhance themselves, enhance social andliving ability, explore their own advantages, deepen the understanding of social environment and self-protection.
