摘 要:目的探讨兔乳腺移植瘤腋窝淋巴结转移模型在行磁共振检查时所需戊巴比妥的最佳浓度。方法(1)随机选取50只雌性经产新西兰大白兔,建立兔乳腺移植瘤动物模型;(2)从建模成功的兔中随机选出40只并随机平均分为低浓度组(A组)和高浓度组(B组);(3)配置0.5%,1.0%两种不同浓度的戊巴比妥钠溶液,按分组将麻醉剂经耳缘静脉注射(30 mg/kg),对实验兔进行麻醉,四肢骨骼肌松弛后行磁共振检查,观察并记录麻醉剂的起效时间、麻醉剂的使用量、扫描图像的质量及扫描结束后兔的状态。统计学分析两组麻醉剂的起效时间、使用量及麻醉效果差异性。结果麻醉起效时间A组为(6±1.6) min,B组为(1±0.2) min,两者统计学差异具有显著性(t=4.28,P<0.01);液体使用量A组为(20±3) ml,B组为(8±1.3) ml,两者统计学差异具有显著性(t=15.58,P<0.01);麻醉效果A组的优良率为100%,B组的优良率为95%,两者差异不具有显著性(χ~2=0,P>0.05),扫描图像均清晰无运动伪影,检查完成后实验兔均处于麻醉状态。整个实验过程低浓度组实验兔未出现因麻醉过量死亡,高浓度组死亡1只。结论同等剂量下,1%的戊巴比妥所需配制液体少,注射方便,麻醉速度快,持续时间长,是较为理想的麻醉浓度;磁共振检查时,将实验兔麻醉至浅昏迷状态即可满足实验要求。Objective To investigate the optimum concentration of pentobarbital in magnetic resonanceimaging for axillary lymph node metastasis of mammary tumor in rabbit. Methods 1)50 rabbit models ofmammary gland xenografts were established;2)40 randomly selected rabbits were randomly divided into lowconcentration group (group A) and high concentration group (group B);3)0.5% and 1.0% sodium pentobarbitalsolutions were used by ear vein injection(30mg/kg),and after the skeletal muscles of the extremities relaxing MRIwas performed on rabbits,for observing the onset time of the anesthetic agent,the quality of the scanned imagesand the state of the rabbits after the scanning. The difference of the onset time,the amount of narcotics,and theanesthetic effects between two groups was compared. Results The onset time of group A was (6±1.6)min,andgroup B was (1±0.2)min,the difference had statistical significance (t=4.28,P〈0.01);the amount of narcotics was(20±3)ml in group A and (8±1.3)ml in group B,with statistically significant differences (t=15.58,P〈0.01);Theanalgesic effect of group A was 100%,and group B was 95%,there was no significant difference between the twogroups (P 〉0.05). After the examination,the experimental rabbits were all under anesthesia. During the wholeexperimental period,the rabbits in group A did not die due to anesthesia,and 1 died in the group B. ConclusionAt the same dose,1% pentobarbital requires less liquid preparation,injection convenient,fast anesthesia,and longduration. It is an ideal concentration for anesthesia;when MRI performed,the rabbits just anesthetized to lightcoma could meet experimental damand.
