摘  要:为研究高强钢与普碳钢动态变规格轧制过程,以冷轧厂酸洗连轧生产线第一机架轧制过程为研究对象,应用有限元的方法,对高强钢与普碳钢动态变规格轧制进行了数值模拟。结果表明,在轧制高强钢时,轧制应力最大值为420 MPa,轧制普碳钢时,轧制应力最大值为220 MPa,在高强钢与普碳钢结合处的楔形区,普碳钢上存在一个局部减薄区,这一现象与实际中测厚仪检测的数据一致,可为动态变规格轧制易发生断带提供理论依据。In order to study the process of dynamic gauge rolling of high strength steel and plain carbon steel, the first stand of a cold rolling plant acid rolling line was taken as the research object, numerical simulations were done on dynamie variable gauge rolling of high strength steel and plain carbon steel by using the finite element method. The results show that the maximunl value of rolling stress is 420 MPa while high strength steel is rolled, the maximum value of rolling stress is 220 MPa while carbon steel is rolled, there is a local thinning zone on the carbon steel in the wedge zone where the high strength steel and the carbon steel are joined. This phenomenon is consistent with the data measured by the actual thickness gauge, and. it may provide a theoretical basis of flying gauge change for strip break.
