摘  要:从保护遗传学角度来看,保护物种的遗传和进化潜力是其保护和复壮的重点.交配系统(mating system)是植物种群内2代个体间遗传联系的有性系统,决定了其后代居群的基因型分布,与植物演化密切相关,对植物的分布、群体有效大小、遗传结构、基因流和选择、种群演化等均有影响.In order to figure out the mating pattern of natural population of Pteroceltis tatarinowii Maxim., amplification reaction of DNA from leaf of progenies of 10 lines in Qingtan Temple of Shandong was carried out by using SSR molecular marker technology. On the basis, single.locus outcrossing rate, multi.locus outcrossing rate, biparental inbreeding coefficient, parental inbreeding coefficient, and inbreeding depression value of each line were analyzed. The results show that means of single.locus outcrossing rate and multi.locus outcrossing rate of each line in this natural population are 0. 959 and 0. 987, respectively, and multi.locus outcrossing rate of most lines is higher than their single.locus outcrossing rate.Mean of biparental in breeding coefficient is 0. 028, indicating that there is a certain degree of inbreeding among each line inthis natural population. Mean of parental inbreeding coefficient is - 0. 066, indicating that heterozygotes in this naturalpopulation are excess in general. In addition, inbreeding depression values of 4 lines are relatively high (1. 793-4. 588).Combining biological characteristics of P. tatarinowii, outcrossing is mainly in mating system of this natural population of P.tatarinowii, and there is a relatively high inbreeding depression. Therefore, in order to prevent population depression,measures of and conservation and so on are recommended to prevent inbreeding.
