新乡贤研究的文献综述

摘　　要：新乡贤是乡村治理的重要主体,在乡村振兴战略实施背景下,新乡贤在乡村治理中有着特殊的作用。从新乡贤的定义、价值发挥及现实路径等方面进行文献梳理,我们发现:大多数文献是从宏观视角分析乡村治理中新乡贤的作用;针对新乡贤的具体研究主要是应然性视角;研究方法多采用案例分析法和比较分析法。基于已有研究分析,对新乡贤的研究内容与研究方法进行了展望。New squire is an important subject of rural governance. Under the background of the implementation strategy of ru ral revitalization, it is necessary to play a special role in the rural governance of the new squire. This paper reviews the definition, value play and realistic path of the new squire, and finds that most of the literature analyzes the role of the new squire in rural governance from a macroscopic perspective. The speeifie research on the new squire is mainly due to the perspective of the situation; Case analysis and comparative analysis were used. Based on the existing research and analysis, the research contents and research methods of the new squire are prospected.
