喹硫平联合碳酸锂对躁狂发作患者认知功能及血清生化指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨喹硫平联合碳酸锂对躁狂患者认知功能及血清生化指标的影响。方法选择2015年7月~2016年6月收治的躁狂发作患者96例为研究对象,根据入院病历号随机分为观察组和对照组,各48例,对照组给予碳酸锂治疗,观察组给予喹硫平联合碳酸锂治疗,治疗4周后,比较两组认知功能、血清生化指标、不良反应等。结果观察组患者威斯康星卡片分类测验中完成分类数明显高于对照组,错误应答数、持续应答数、持续错误数明显低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);血清BDNF含量明显高于对照组,IL-1、TNF-α含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较无统计学意义(12.50%vs 20.83%)(P<0.05)。结论喹硫平联合碳酸锂治疗有助于促进躁狂发作患者认知功能恢复,且安全可靠,可能与改善患者血清神经营养因子水平、抑制炎症反应等因素有关。Objective To investigate the effect of quetiapine Combined with lithium carbonate on cognitive function and serum biochemical indices on patients with mania. Methods A total of 96 cases of mania patients from July 2015 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the medical record number,with 48 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given lithium carbonate to treatment,and those in observation group were given quetiapine combined with lithium carbonate for treatment. After 4 weeks of treatment,the cognitive function,serum biochemical indices and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The finished number of categories in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,the numbers of error responses,sustained responses and persistent errors were significantly lower than those in control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;the content of serum BDNF was significantly higher than that in control group,and the contents of IL-1 and TNF-α were significantly lower than those in control group（P〈0.05）;the difference in adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant（12.50% vs 20.83%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Quetiapine combined with lithium carbonate can help promote cognitive function recovery in mania patients,and the treatment is safe and reliable,which may be related to the improvement of the level of serum neurotrophic factors and the inhibition of inflammatory reaction.
