摘  要:大型养护机械精确维修已成为铁路维修的主要手段,对我国普速线路大型养护机械捣固作业计划的制定依据与效果评价方法进行调研和分析,根据我国线路轨道不平顺质量分布情况和轨道不平顺质量指数管理标准,借鉴国外捣固维修标准,提出大机捣固作业阈值。结合我国普速线路实际情况,对捣固前线路状态和大机捣固作业模式与捣固质量的关系进行研究,提出大机捣固作业的评价方法,为现场大机捣固作业效果评价提供依据,并以两条线路为例评价其捣固作业质量,对捣固作业效果提出建议。The accurate maintenance by large maintenance machine has become the main means ofrailway maintenance. In this paper, the basis of work planning and effect evaluation method for generalspeed railway track tamping with large maintenance machine are investigated and analyzed. Based onrailway track quality distribution and quality management standard of track irregularity index and withreference to foreign tamping maintenance standards, threshold value of large machine tamping operation ispresented. According to the actual situation of the general speed line in China, the state of the track linebefore tamping and the relationship between the operation mode of large machine tamping and the qualityof tamping are investigated and the evaluation method for large machine tamping is put forward so as toprovide the basis for effect evaluation of tamping machine operation. Two lines as taken as an example toevaluate the quality of tamping and suggestions are proposed to improve tamping effect.
