摘  要:为研究弹性轨枕+道砟垫有砟轨道结构疲劳损伤特性,建立轨道结构实尺模型,开展疲劳试验,探究轨道结构在周期循环荷载作用下的疲劳特征,通过测试钢轨、轨枕位移,轨距,道床沉降高度,轮轨力变化规律来反映轨道结构的疲劳特性。试验结果表明:300万次疲劳荷载前后,弹性轨枕+道砟垫有砟轨道各部件均保持完好;钢轨和轨枕在循环荷载作用下,两者位移逐渐减小并趋于稳定;轨距基本保持不变;道床因循环荷载作用逐渐密实,在加载初期其高度有所下降,后期保持不变;轮轨力在加载过程中基本保持稳定。反映出弹性轨枕+道砟垫有砟轨道在循环荷载作用下,仍能够保持良好的几何形位及受力状态,耐久性良好。In order to study the fatigue damage behavior of the elastic sleeper ballast track withunder-ballast mat, a full scale model of the track structure is established and fatigue test is carried out toinvestigate the fatigue behavior of the track structure under periodic cyclic load, rail and sleeperdisplacements, gauge, height of ballast bed settlement, wheel-rail force are also tested to reflect thefatigue behavior of the track structure. The test results show that the components of the elastic sleeperballast track with ballast mat are kept intact before and after 3 million fatigue load; the displacements ofthe rail and sleeper under cyclic load decrease gradually and tend to be stable; the gauge remainsunchanged; the height of the ballast bed is reduced under cyclic load in the early stage of loading andremains unchanged later; the wheel-rail force is basically stable during the loading process. The resultsdemonstrate that the elastic sleeper ballast track with under-ballast mat can still maintain in goodgeometric shape and stress state under cyclic load.
