摘　　要：腹主动脉旁淋巴结转移是影响宫颈癌预后的重要危险因素,腹主动脉旁淋巴结切除术是诊断腹主动脉旁淋巴结转移的金标准,然而,目前对于腹主动脉淋巴结切除术的手术指征、切除范围、临床价值等相关问题仍存在争议,本文对宫颈癌术中腹主动脉淋巴结切除术相关问题进行讨论。The metastasis of the para-aortic lymph node （PALN） is an important risk factor affecting the prognosis of cervical cancer.Para-aortic lymphadenectomy （PAL） is the gold standard for the diagnosis of PALN metastasis.However,there are still disputes about the indications,the range of resection and the clinical value of the PAL.The article discusses the related issues.
