中西医结合治疗湿热痹阻型痛风性关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究中西医结合治疗对湿热痹阻型痛风性关节炎患者的临床疗效。方法将140例湿热痹阻型痛风性关节炎患者随机分成两组,分别为西药组、结合组。西药组患者给予双氯芬酸钠缓释片口服治疗,结合组患者在西药组的基础上给予加味四妙汤口服,连续治疗2周,对两组患者的治疗疗效,治疗前后的Mc Gill疼痛评分、中医证候积分、血尿酸以及C-反应蛋白的结果进行差异性分析。结果两组患者治疗后在疗效、Mc Gill疼痛、中医证候积分、血尿酸以及C-反应蛋白等方面均有显著改善(P<0.05),且结合组的改善程度明显优于西药组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗对于改善湿热痹阻型痛风性关节炎患者的临床症状具有良好的效果,能够有效治疗湿热痹阻型痛风性关节炎。Objective To explore the clinical effects of the integrated Chinese and western medicine on gouty arthritis differentiated as damp heat obstruction in the patients. Methods A total of 140 patients of gouty arthritis differentiated as damp heat obstruction were randomized into two groups,a western medicine group and the combined therapy group.In the western medicine group,diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets were prescribed in oral administration. In the combined therapy group,on the base of the treatment as the western medicine group,the modified simiaotang was provided.The treatment lasted for 2 weeks. The difference analysis was done in the efficacy between the two groups and the Mc Gill pain score,TCM symptom score and the levels of blood uric acid and C-reactive protein before and after treatment in the two groups. Results After treatment,the effects,Mc Gill pain score,TCM symptom score and the levels of blood uric acid and C-reactive protein were all improved significantly（ P〈0. 05）. The improvements in the combined therapy group were obviously superior to the western medicine group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The integrated Chinese and western medicine achieves the satisfactory effects on the clinical symptoms of gouty arthritis differentiated as damp heat obstruction and it is effective for gouty arthritis.
