摘　　要：丹毒,是在某些诱因的作用下,轻微损伤或潜在感染灶的细菌侵入皮肤和皮下组织内淋巴管及周围软组织的急性炎症,多由乙型溶血性链球菌导致。丹毒病位在表皮,与外界刺激,患者素体体质相关。血热内蕴,郁于肌肤,复感风热湿邪,内外合邪,热毒之气暴发于皮肤之间,不得外泄,蕴热为病,属于本虚标实之病。治疗不当,痰热瘀结,迁延不愈或反复发作。黄尧洲教授运用大剂量苦寒药物联合清热利湿、活血化瘀之法治疗丹毒,在遣方用药上以苦寒类药物为主,以求速效,避免出现病情演变。Erysipelas is an acute inflammation of skin,subcutaneous lymph duct and peripheral soft tissue through minor trauma or invasion of potential focal bacteria under some inducing factors. It is commonly used by beta hemolytic streptococcus. Erysipelas is located at epidermis and it is related to the external stimuli and the body constitution of patient. The retention of blood heat on the skin combined with the invasion of wind,head and damp pathogens results in the interaction of heat and toxin at the skin. Finally,the disease occurs. This disease is the deficiency in the root and the excess in symptom. The improper treatment may lead to interaction of phlegm,heat and stasis,persistent sickness or repeated attacks. In the treatment of erysipelas,Prof. Huang Yaozhou uses the bitter and cold drugs of the large dose,combined with the therapy for clearing heat,eliminating damp,activating blood circulation and resolving stasis. In the herbal medicine,the drugs of bitter in taste and cold in nature are used to achieve the quick effects and avoid the evolution of disease.
