摘　　要：自2015年根据四川省教工委、教育厅部署安排定点扶贫以来,学院遵循＂以党建科学化理论为指导,以基层党建为核心,发挥高校优势＂的根本宗旨,按照＂人才引领,市场导向,因地制宜＂的工作思路,积极探索、努力实践,逐渐形成了高校精准扶贫＂一个强化,五个坚持＂的有效途径,帮助贫困村逐步走上了脱贫奔康的发展路、幸福路。Since 2015, according to tire arrangement of education, the education department of Sichuan province deployment since the targeted poverty alleviation, college adhere to the ＂to scientific CPC construction theory as the instruction, grass-cools CPC construction as the core, giving full play to the advantages of colleges and universities＂ the fundamental purpose, according to the ＂talent leading, market orientation, adjust measures to local cundilions＂, the working train of thought of active exploration and practice hard, gradually formed a college precision poverty alleviation of ＂One strengthening, Five Persistences＂, the effective ways to help funding gradually took to the running of the fairly well-off development road, happiness road out of poverty.
