基于六西格玛质量策略在计量实验室管理中的应用

摘　　要：六西格玛质量策略是20世纪80年代引入工业界的现代质量管理方法,90年代末才引入我国物流业和制造业。作为一种全面满足客户需求的质量策略,六西格玛质量策略逐渐被很多企业所采用,并且被引入到实验室管理当中。本文主要介绍六西格玛质量策略在实验室管理中的应用,并列举运用的具体实例,说明其在实验室管理中的重要作用。The Six Sigma Quality Strategy （＂Six Sigma＂ in short） was a modem quality management method introduced into the industry in the 1980s and China＇s logistics and manufacturing industry in the late 1990s. As a comprehensive quality strategy to meet customer needs, it has been adopted by many enterprises and introduced into laboratory management. This paper mainly introduces the application of the Six Sigma Quality Strategy in laboratory management, and enumerates some specific examples to illustrate its important role in laboratory management.
