摘 要:分别采用Y型非离子聚氨酯、丙烯酸树脂及两者等质量复合物对植鞣山羊服装革进行复鞣,通过对比分析复鞣后成革的物理-机械性能得到最佳的复合复鞣剂组成。研究了复合复鞣剂中Y型非离子聚氨酯的聚乙二醇链段分子质量和复合复鞣剂用量对复鞣效果的影响,进而考察了复合复鞣剂对成革纤维形貌以及耐紫外光老化性能的影响。结果表明:复合复鞣剂的复鞣效果好于两者单独使用,且当总用量为6%(质量分数),Y型非离子聚氨酯中聚乙二醇链段分子质量为750时,复鞣后成革的性能最好,成革增厚率可达14. 0%,抗张强度提高51. 0%,成革内部纤维分散性好,排列有序,且在紫外光照射1h后,复鞣后的成革色度色差变化小于未复鞣对比样。结果说明复合复鞣剂在皮纤维间的渗透效果好,能促进纤维良好分散,不仅可以明显提高成革物理-机械性能,而且对成革的耐紫外光老化性能也有一定提升。The optimal composition of retanning agent was determined mechanical properties of the goatskin garment leather tanned with vegetab by comparing and analyzing the physical and le which were treated with Y-shape polyurethane, acrylic resin and equal quality complex of them. Effects of the moleculal mass of polyethylene glycol (PEG) and the dosage of complex retanning agent on the result were studied. Effects of complex retanning agent.on the fiber morphology and the UV aging resistance property were investigated. When the offer percentage of complex retanning agent is 6% (mass fraction) and the molecular mass of PEG is 750, the thickening rate is 14.0%, the tensile strength is increased by 51.0%. The fiber is evenly dispersed and the color Variation of leather retanned is smaller than that of leather unretanned. The results show that the complex retanning agent could penetrate the fiber well to promote the fiber dispersion, the physical-mechanical properties and the UV aging resistance property are improved by using the complex retanning agent.
