摘 要:构建了牛皮制革过程污染控制技术评价指标体系,结合层次分析法(AHP)与模糊综合评价法(FCE)构建AHP-FCE评价模型,确定牛皮制革过程污染控制技术的评价标准,并针对脱毛浸灰工序可供选择的3个污染控制技术进行综合量化评价。结果表明:保毛脱毛法是最佳的可行技术,评价结果与牛皮制革企业目前采用的该工序污染控制技术吻合,说明所建立的AHP-FCE评价模型是可靠和有效的,这将为企业选择污染防治的最佳可行性技术以及制定行业内相关政策提供有力的支持。The evaluation index system of pollution control technology of cowhide leather manufacturing process was constructed and the AHP-FCE evaluation model was developed, in which the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) were combined together. Thus, the comprehensive and the quantitative evaluation for the pollution control technology'of the cowhide manufacturing process was attained. Based on AHP-FCE model, three pollution control technologies dealing with unhairing and liming process of cowhide processing were evaluated as case analysis. The results show that hair saving method is the best feasible technology, and it is highly consistent with the fact of leather manufacturing, indicating the reliable and effective of AHP-FCE model. This model provides a strong support for the selection of the best feasibility technology and formulation of the corresponding policy for the leather industry.
