摘　　要：目的对戊酸雌二醇片促进人工流产后子宫内膜修复预防宫腔黏连的临床效果进行分析。方法将2017年4月～2018年4月在某院进行人工流产的134例患者作为研究对象,用硬币分组方法分为对照组(67例,使用甲羟孕酮片进行治疗)与研究组(67例,使用戊酸雌二醇片联合甲羟孕酮片进行治疗),对其治疗效果进行分析。结果治疗后研究组患者的月经复潮时间、不良反应发生率(7.5%)、宫腔黏连发生率(7.5%)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工流产后使用戊酸雌二醇片可有效促进子宫内膜的修复,同时降低宫腔黏连发生率,具有较高的安全性,临床疗效得到患者认可。OBJECTIVE To analyse the clinical effect of estradiol valerate tablets on preventing intrauterine adhesion after induced abortion. METHODS From April 2017 to April 2018,134 patients with induced abortion were divided into control group（67 cases treated with medroxyprogesterone tablets） and study group（ 67 cases treated with Estradiol valerate tablets and medroxyprogesterone tablets）. RESULTS Compared with the control group,the menstrual rehydration time,the incidence of adverse reactions and the incidence of intrauterine adhesions of the study group was significantly lower（ P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The use of estradiol valerate tablets after artificial abortion can effectively promote the repair of endometrium,and reduce the incidence of intrauterine adhesions. It has high safety and the clinical efficacy is recognized by patients.
