摘　　要：里弄住宅是中国传统住宅适应近代城市生活需要,接受外来建筑影响而糅合、演进的新住宅类型。南京民国时期里弄住宅建筑是南京近代居住建筑中很有特色的一部分。文章对比南京里弄住宅在《首都计划》规划与实际建设分布情况,为南京里弄住宅建筑的保护与再利用提供基础。Chinese Lilong building is a new residential type which conjures up a mix of Chinese traditional housing to meet the need of modern urban life and accept the influence of foreign buildings. The Lilong building in Nanjing during the period of the republic of China is a very unique part of the residential building. This paper compares the distribution of the Capital planning and actual construction of Nanjing Lilong building, and provides the basis for the protection and reuse of Lilong building in Nanjing,
