0.1％溴芬酸钠水合物滴眼液对减轻翼状胬肉术后疼痛的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨0．1％溴芬酸钠水合物滴眼液对减轻翼状胬肉术后眼部刺激症状的疗效及安全性。方法观察我院眼科2015年9月至2016年9月行翼状胬肉切除＋自体角膜缘干细胞移植术的患者95例120只眼，随机分为溴芬酸钠水合物滴眼液组和对照组，每组60只眼：两组术前3d和术后7d均使用抗生素滴眼液，另试验组予以溴芬酸钠水合物滴眼液20次／d。比较两组术后情况。结果两组患者术后6h、8h、24h、48h、72h疼痛程度评分，试验组患者疼痛程度评分均较对照组显著降低，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。角膜创面愈合情况：试验组术后第2d、第3d、第7d角膜创面愈合率与对照组相比，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论0．1％溴芬酸钠水合物滴眼液能有效且安全的减轻翼状胬肉切除术后疼痛。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of bromfenac sodium eye drops on re-lieving the irritative symptoms in pterygium excision surgery. Methods A total of 95 cases （120 eyes） treated with pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation sur-gery from September 2015 to September 2016 were collected, and randomly divided into two groups. Group A （60 eyes） was given 0.1% bromfenac sodium eye drops twice a day in three days before surgery and seven days after surgery, while group B （60 eyes） did not. The irritative symp-toms grade were evaluated after surgery, and the comeal epithelial healing assessed by fluorescein staining was observed and compared between the two group after surgery. Results The pain index scores of the group A were lower than that in the group B at 6h, 8h, 24h,48h and 72h after surgery. The difference of the pain index scores between two group was statistical significant. The corneal wound healing rate of the second day, the third day and the seventh day had no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions 0.1% hromfenae sodium eye drops can safely and effectively re-lieve the irritative symptoms of post-pterygium excision surgery.
