摘　　要：目的观察糖尿病视网膜病变玻璃体切除术后免平坦部灌注白内障超声乳化术的临床效果。方法对2010年3月至2014年3月，在河北省唐山市眼科医院就诊的糖尿病视网膜病变玻璃体切除术后白内障患者66例（69只眼），行免睫状体平坦部灌注辅助下的超声乳化吸除术，观察其术后视力及并发症等情况。结果所有患者术后视力均有所提高。3个月后矫正视力：〈0．05者3只眼，0．05-0．25者33只眼，0．3-0．5者25只眼，0．5-0．8者8只眼。瞳孔渗出膜形成3只眼，角膜后弹力层明显皱褶8只眼，角膜严重浑浊水肿3只眼，术中均保持后囊膜完好，无视网膜脱离及脉络膜爆发性出血发生。结论糖尿病视网膜病变玻璃体切除术后免平坦部灌注白内障超声乳化术可使患者的视力改善，并有利于糖尿病视网膜病变的眼底检查和治疗。Objective To observe the clinical phacoemulsification without pars plana perfusion. effects of diabetic retinopathy after vitrectomy for Methods The 66 patients （69 eyes） who under- went diabetic retinopathy after vitrectomy for cataract phacoemulsification without pars plana perfusion, postoperative visual acuity and complication were observed. Results All of the patients resumed excellent visual acuity after surgery. The best corrected visual acuity 3 months after operations： 3 eyes less than 0.05, 33 eyes were 0.05 to 0.25, 25 eyes were 0.3 to 0.5, 8 eyes were 0.5 to 0.8; 3 eyes had exudative lemma in pupil, 8 eyes had descemet＇s membrane folds obviously, 3 eyes had severe corneal edema. Posterior capsular was intact intraopetatively. No retinal detachment and explosive choroid hemorrhage occurred. Conclusions The patients with diabetic retinopathy after vitrectomy for phacoemulsification without pars plana perfusion improve the vision, and help the fundus examination and treatment for diabetic retinopathy.
