摘 要:采用双带极埋弧堆焊技术在Q235低碳钢板表面堆焊309LNb不锈钢,对其堆焊层性能进行研究分析。结果表明,采用优化工艺参数可获得单层堆焊厚度达6~8 mm,稀释率约12%;性能测试表明,堆焊熔覆层具有良好强韧性能,堆焊层硬度高于母材;熔覆层成分接近不锈钢焊带成分,没有发生元素大量烧损,具有较好耐腐蚀性能;堆焊层组织为柱状枝晶组织,由γ奥氏体相和残留高温δ铁素体相组成,其中δ铁素体相沿柱状晶方向生长,呈骨架状分布。Double-strip submerged arc overlaying technology was carried out on Q235 low carbon steel with 309 LNb stainless steel strip. The cladding layer thickness was 6~8 mm. The dilution rate was about 12%. Mechanical property tests showed that the cladding layer had good strength and toughness. The hardness of surfacing layer was higher than that of base metal. The composition of that clad layer was close to that of the stainless steel strip, means the clad layer had good corrosion resistance. The microstructure of cladding layer was columnar dendrite, consisted of γaustenite phase and residual δ ferrite phase. The δ ferrite phases grew along the columnar crystal direction, appeared a skeleton shaped distribution.
