摘 要:目的:探讨紫外线联合艾条熏蒸对血透室空气消毒效果的影响。方法:选取广州中医药大学第一附属医院血透室作为试验环境(该环境采集的空气标本和透析患者作为试验组),采用常规紫外线消毒加艾条熏蒸消毒;选取与试验组环境类似的临近医院血透室作为对照环境(该环境采集的空气标本和透析患者作为对照组),采用常规紫外线消毒。每月采样3次,于月初、月中、月末9:00时及16:00时按> 30 m2五点法采样,分析每个时间段的细菌数量。每组选取160例透析病人作为观察对象,记录两组观察对象感染的发生情况。结果:9:00时试验组细菌菌落总数显著低于对照组,而16:00时两组菌落总数均显著上升,但试验组菌落总数仍显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。试验组患者发生感染3例,显著低于对照组的12例(P <0. 05),试验组发生呼吸系统感染患者明显少于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:紫外线联合艾条熏蒸可显著改善血透室空气消毒效果,降低透析患者感染发生率,适用于血透室的空气消毒。Objective: To investigate the effect of ultraviolet light combined with moxa fumigation on air disinfection in hemodialysis room. Methods: The hospital hemodialysis room was selected as the environment for the test,and the air samples and the dialysis patients collected in this environment were used as experimental group. Conventional ultraviolet disinfection and moxa fumigation were used. The adjacent hospital hemodialysis room similar to the hospital’s hemodialysis internal environment was selected as the control environment,and the air samples and dialysis patients collected in this environment were served as control group. The room was routinely disinfected with ultraviolet light. Samples were taken 3 times a month,i. e.,at the beginning,in the middle and at the end of the month. The sampling time was at 9: 00 and 16: 00 and the samples were taken with 〉 30 m25-point sampling method. The number of bacteria in each time period was analyzed. One hundred and sixty dialysis patients in each group were selected as observation subjects,and the occurrence of infection in the two groups was recorded. Results: At 9: 00,the total number of bacterial colonies in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,while the total number of colonies in both groups increased significantly at 16: 00,and the total number of colonies in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P 〈 0. 05). Three cases of dialysis patients in the experimental group were infected,which was significantly lower than 12 cases in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0. 05). The incidence of respiratory infection in the experimental group was significant lower than that in the control group(P 〈 0. 05).Conclusion: Ultraviolet light combined with moxa fumigation can significantly improve the air disinfection effect in the hemodialysis room,reduce the incidence of infection in dialysis patients,and is suitable for air disin
