摘　　要：公用事业价格与公益性服务价格是关系国计民生、涉及公众利益的重要价格,是政府依据《价格法》实施定价管理的重要内容。本文在总结公用事业、公益性服务价格管理实践经验和相关文献研究基础上,对公用事业和公益性服务价格的基本概念、内涵及价格管理特点等进行了梳理分析和比较,提出了相关政策参考意见。Public utilities price and public welfare service price are the important prices related to the national economy and people＇s livelihood, involving the public interest, and are the important content for the government to implement pricing management according to the Price Law. On the basis of summarizing the practical experience of price management of public utilities and public welfare services and related literature research, this paper analyzes and compares the basic concepts, connotations and characteristics of price management of public utilities and public welfare, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
