摘  要:高铁发展引起的通勤时间变化和劳动力流动,对地区间的收入差距产生了重要影响。本文通过构建282个城市间的组对数据,实证分析了2007-2014年通勤时间对城市间收入差距的作用。研究发现:通勤时间减少1%,可以使得两个城市间的收入差距平均缩小约1.6%;特大城市的集聚效应依然影响着城市的增长趋势;高铁发展对城市间收入差距的影响在中长距离上更加明显。据此,本文从交通基础设施建设、优化资源配置、缩小收入差距等方面提出了政策建议。The changes in commuting time and labor mobility caused by the development of high-speed rail have an important impact on the income gap between regions. This paper empirically analyzes the effect of commuting time in 2007-2014 on the income gap between cities by constructing group-pair data between 282 cities. The study found that a 1% reduction in commuting time can reduce the income gap between the two cities by an average of 1.6%;the agglomeration of megacities still affects the growth trend of the city; the impact of high-speed rail development on the inter-city income gap is in the medium and long distance.It is more obvious. Based on this, this paper puts forward policy recommendations from the aspects of transportation infrastructure construction, optimizing resource allocation, and narrowing the income gap.
