摘　　要：信息化时代给予各行各业不同的机遇与挑战,我国小微企业的秘书行业同样面临诸多问题。以我国小微企业秘书行业为研究对象,从美国秘书业的准入标准、专业化路线、管理机制等方面谈起,探讨我国小微企业秘书业的转型发展策略,未来发展方向和行业前景。The information age gives different opportunities and challenges to various industries, and the secretarial industry of small and micro enterprises in China also faces many problems. This paper takes secretary industry of the small and micro enterprise in our country as the research object, from the admittance standard, professional course, management mechanism of the American secretarial industry, to explore the transformation development strategy, direction and the industry prospects of the secretary industry of small and micro enterprise in the future.
