摘 要:芳纶短纤维增强三元乙丙橡胶包覆材料是一种能与固体火箭发动机壳体连续缠绕固化成型的内绝热层材料。为了描述其在工作过程中表现的各向异性力学特性,通过单轴拉伸和偏轴拉伸实验,研究了材料的拉伸破坏机制。基于Tsai-Hill强度准则和余弦级数准则,预测了材料的抗拉强度、断裂伸长率和初始弹性模量随偏轴角度变化的曲线。结果表明,短纤维增强三元乙丙薄膜材料呈现出明显的平面正交各向异性,破坏机制复杂;45°偏轴拉伸法比多轴均值法预测误差小;余弦级数准则不需要通过实验或者计算获取面内剪切强度,且能够保证预测的准确性,实用性较强。Aramid short fiber reinforced EPDM coating material is a kind of heat-insulating material,which is winded and solidified with solid rocket motor case in general.In order to describe anisotropic mechanical properties during its working process,tensile failure mechanisms were studied by uniaxial tensile and off-axis tensile tests.Based on Tsai-Hill strength criterion and cosine series criterion,the curves of tensile strength,elongation at break and initial modulus with different off-axis angles were predicted.Results showed that short fiber reinforced EPDM film presented plane orthotropic properties obviously and had complex failure mechanisms.45°off-axis tension method was more effective than multi-axis average method in the base of Tsai-Hill strength criterion.It was also concluded that cosine series criterion can ensure the accuracy of prediction and had strong practicality.Meanwhile,it was unnecessary to obtain in-plane shear strength by experiment or calculation.
