摘 要:碳纤维所具有的优异电热特性和力学特性被应用于电热领域。以碳纤维复合材料为发热体的远红外电供暖系统,具有便于安装、用户可按需调节等特点。主要对几种常用典型碳纤维复合材料,包括碳纤维纸、碳晶板及碳纤维线,结合碳素电热材料短切和长丝碳纤维两种碳纤维发热体电热性能的分析,重点从机理方面综述了其在地采暖方面的研究进展,并对未来发展情况进行了展望。Carbon fiber with excellent electrothermal and mechanical properties are used in the field of electric heating.There are many advantages in far infrared electric heating system used carbon fiber composite material as heating element,such as easy installation and maintenance,easy adjustment and so on.Through the analysis of electrothermal property of short cut carbon heating material,several typical carbon fiber composite materials were especially discussed,including carbon fiber paper,carbon crystal plate and carbon fiber line.Moreover,the research progress of carbon fiber composite materials in the field of electric heating plate from the institutional aspect was comprehensively reviewed,and research direction was also prospected.
