摘 要:利用活性红24对聚(苯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-对乙烯基苄基三甲基氯化铵)微球染色,制备出表面带负电荷且染料含量高的彩色共聚物微球,对其形貌、粒径大小和Zeta电位进行表征,并探究其应用于棉织物涂料印花的效果。结果表明:染色前后共聚物微球均呈均匀的球形,平均粒径由63nm增加到85nm,Zeta电位由+56.9mV下降为-28.9mV,染料含量为561mg/g;当色浆中彩色共聚物微球用量从0.1%(wt,质量分数,下同)增加至0.3%时,印花织物的亮度值由67.4减小为58.0。当色浆中无粘合剂时,织物具有更高的色彩饱和度。印花织物的耐摩擦和耐洗色牢度较好,均高于4级。The colored copolymer microspheres with negative charge and high dye content were prepared by dyeing poly(styrene-butyl acrylate-vinylbenzyl trimethylammonium chloride)microspheres with reactive red 24.The morphology,particle size and zeta potential of microspheres were characterized.The effects of their applications in cotton fabrics pigment printing were studied.The results indicated that the microspheres were uniformly spherical.After dyeing,the particle size increased from 63 nm to 85 nm,the zeta potential decreased from +56.9 mV to-28.9 mV,and the dye content was 561 mg/g.When the microsphere amount in paste was increased from 0.1% to 0.3%,the brightness of prints decreased from 67.4 to 58.0.The fabric had better color saturation when there was no binder in paste.The prints had favorable rubbing and washing color fastness,which were more than 4 grades.
