摘 要:96腔瓶坯模热流道系统由一块主流道板、四块分流道板和若干热嘴组成,结构复杂。通过控制每块分流道板的温度,使系统达到热平衡状态,并分析瓶坯模的型腔布局和浇注系统,优化注塑参数,以获得相对合理的浇注系统。依据传热学原理,运用ANSYS有限元软件建立热流道系统的模型,完成模具型腔在工作周期的仿真模拟,并对流道板的稳态和瞬态温度场分布图进行研究,调节使得流道板的温度分布均匀,为流道板加热器的布置提供依据。The hot runner system of PET bottle-blank mould with 96 cavities was composed of a main runner plate and four runner plates and its structure was complex. By controlling the temperature of each runner plate, the system can achieve thermal equilibrium. The layout and gating system of the blank mould was analyzed and the injection parameters were optimized to obtain a reasonable gating system. Based on the theory of heat transfer, the model of hot runner system was established by using ANSYS finite element software. The simulation of the mold cavity in the working cycle was completed. The steady and transient temperature field analysis charts of convection plate were studied. The temperature distribution of the runner plate was uniform, which provided a basis for the layout of the heater.
