摘  要:本研究制备了不同碱土金属氧化物(RO)含量的无碱硼铝硅酸盐玻璃,并测定其各项物理化学性质。当RO浓度从10增加到20mol%时,玻璃的密度从2.41g/cm^3增加到了2.58g/cm^3,弹性模量从73.83GPa增加到82.48GPa,介电常数从6.98增加到了8.35。当RO浓度从10增加到14mol%时,玻璃的维氏硬度略有降低;当RO浓度进一步增加到20mol%时,玻璃的维氏硬度增加到670 kgf/mm^2。RO浓度的增加提高了玻璃的耐碱性,降低了耐酸性。Alkali-free borosilicate glasses with different concentrations of alkali earth metal oxides(RO) were synthesized, and the physicochemical properties of the alkali-free borosilicate glasses, such as density, Vickers' s hardness, elastic modulus, the dielectric constants and chemical stabilities, were investigated. The results showed that the density of glasses increased from 2.41 to 2.58 g/cm3, elastic modulus increased from 73.83 to 82.48 GPa, and the dielectric constant also increased from 6.98 to 8.35 when the concentration of RO increased from 10 to 20 mol%. When the concentration of RO increased from 10 to 14 mol%, the Vickers' s hardness of glasses slightly decreased, however, the Vicker's hardness increased to 670 kgf/mm2 when the RO concentration further increased to 20 mol%. The alkali resistance of glasses enhanced with the increasing of RO concentrations, while, the acid resistance of glasses decreased.
