摘　　要：针对15～20 D超薄涤纶面料,开发了一种具备抗紫外线、补强、透气、拒水的多功能涂层胶,并优化了各原料的用量。结果表明:当水性聚氨酯60%、聚乙二醇10%、抗菌整理剂5%、防水剂3%、硅油乳液5%、纳米二氧化钛2%、纳米氧化锌2%时,整理织物的各项性能较好,耐水洗牢度高。A multifunctional coating glue with anti-ultraviolet, reinforcing, breathable, antibacterial and water repellent performance is developed for 15-20 D ultrathin polyester fabric. The dosage of each raw material is optimized. The result shows that the optimal formula is as follows： water-borne PU 60%, PEG 600 10%, antibacterial agent 5%,waterproof agent 3%, silicone oil 5%, nano-TiO2 2% and nano-ZnO 2%. Under the optimal conditions, the treated fabric has the best performance index and good washing fastness.
