摘  要:试验旨在研究饲料不同破碎粒度对生长初期阶段(1~21日龄)肉仔鸡生长性能和消化器官发育的影响。选用864只1日龄白羽爱拔益加(AA)肉仔鸡,随机分为8组,每组6个重复,每个重复18只鸡,进行为期21 d的饲养试验,分为1~10日龄和11~21日龄2个阶段。试验共设置8个处理组,前4个处理组前后2个阶段破碎粒度不同,11~21日饲粮破碎粒度大于1~10日龄;后4个处理组前后2个阶段破碎粒度一致。试验结果表明:(1)适宜的破碎粒度可以促进肉小鸡生长,采取1~21日龄均饲喂破碎粒度为1.5~2.5 mm破碎料的肉小鸡生长性能表现最好。(2)破碎料破碎粒度对肉小鸡消化器官发育影响不显著,根据肠道相对长度及消化器官相对重量的结果,1~21日龄均饲喂1.0~2.0 mm破碎粒度破碎料将有助于肉小鸡消化器官发育。综上所述,在肉小鸡生长初期阶段,建议饲喂破碎粒度1.5~2.5 mm破碎料。This research aimed to study the effects of different crushed particle size on the growth performance and the development of digestive organs of broilers at the initial stage of growth (1 to 21 days). In this study, 864 AA broilers were randomly divided into 8 treatment groups, with 6 replicates in each group and 18 chickens in each replicate. A 21 d feeding experiment was conducted, which was divided into 2stages: 1-10 day age and 11-21 day age. The diets of early period and later period were grined by 2.0 mm mesh size of screen. A total of 8 treatment groups were set up in the test. The crushed particle sizes of 2 stages of the first 4 was different from each other, and the crushed particle size of the 11- 21 days was bigger than that of 1-10 days, and the size of the crushed particle sizes was the same in the 2 stages of the latter 4 treatment groups. The result showed that: ① The suitable crushed particle size can promote the growth of broilers, when feed the broilers with 1.5-2.5 mm crushed feed for 21 days, the broiler showed the best growth performance. ② The crushed particle size had no significant effect on the development of digestive organs of broilers. According to the relative length of the intestinal tract and the relative weight of the digestive organs, the 1.0-2.0 mm crushed particle size will contribute to the development of digestive organs in broilers.
