摘 要:传统黄铜中含有对人体和环境有害的Pb元素,选用无毒价廉的Si取代Pb,并添加一定量的Ni,采用熔铸法制备环境友好型无铅硅黄铜。借助OM、XRD及EDS等设备,研究不同Ni含量对无铅硅黄铜耐脱锌腐蚀性能的影响,并与传统铅黄铜HPb59-1进行比较。结果表明,在硅黄铜中添加Ni元素可以明显改善黄铜的耐脱锌腐蚀性能,Ni含量为0.3%时,合金的耐脱锌腐蚀性能最好。The traditional brass contains Pb elements harmful to human body and environment, adopts the non-toxic and cheap Si to replace Pb, and adds a certain amount of Ni, the environment-friendly lead-free silicon brass was prepared by the melting casting. By means of OM, XRD and EDS equipment, the effects of different Ni contents on the dezincification resistance of lead-free silicon brass were studied, and compared with traditional lead brass HPb59-1. The results show that adding Ni to silicon brass can significantly improve the dezincification corrosion resistance of brass.
