摘  要:研究了重力铸造工艺和压力铸造工艺对ZL102-20vol%Si Cp复合材料在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为的影响。通过腐蚀失重试验,分析了这两种铸造工艺试样的耐蚀性。通过扫描电子显微镜观察试样腐蚀后的表面形貌。采用动电位极化测量和电化学阻抗谱,进一步分析试样的腐蚀特性。结果表明,相对于重力铸造试样,压力铸造试样中的Si C颗粒尺寸较小且分布均匀,但其表面的钝化膜连续性较差。因此,先于重力铸造试样发生腐蚀;随着腐蚀时间的增加,重力铸造试样的腐蚀速率会变得更快一些,且点蚀的蚀坑很深,腐蚀量较大;总体而言,压力铸造试样的腐蚀电流密度较小,阻抗较大,耐蚀性更好。The effect of gravity casting process and pressure casting process on corrosion behavior of ZL102-20vol% SiCp composites in 3.5wt% NaCl solution was investigated. The corrosion resistance of the two casting samples was analyzed through the corrosion weight loss test. The surface morphology of the corroded samples was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The corrosion characteristics of the sample were further analyzed by means of electro-potential polarization measurement and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results show that the SiCp particles in the pressure casting samples are small and uniformly distributed, but the passivating film on the surface is poor. Therefore, corrosion is occurred prior to gravity casting specimen; With the increase of corrosion time, the corrosion rate of gravity casting samples will become faster, and the pit of pitting corrosion is deep and the corrosion rate is large. In conclusion, the corrosion current density of the pressure casting samples is small, impedance is large, and the corrosion resistance is better.
