摘 要:研究FGH96高温合金粉末返回料净化技术,通过在ZG-25炉进行不同比例的返回料熔炼实验,结合浮渣实验、气体成分检测、化学成分来评价其净化效果。结果表明,通过与新料对比,提出了应确定的技术要求和应采取的措施,以进一步改善合金的冶金质量和提高盘件的合格率。The FGH96 super-alloy powder revertible materials purification technology was studied. The revertible materials smelting experiment was carried out in different proportion in ZG-25 furnace, and the purification effect was evaluated by combining the scum experiment, gas composition detection and chemical composition. The results show that through comparing with the new materials, the technical requirements and measures should be determined to further improve the metallurgical quality of the alloy and the qualified rate of the disc.
